About Your Upcoming Relationship Workshop:
Thank you for registering for The Learn Your Partner's Love Languages Valentines' Intimacy Building Workshop. We have received your registration and payment. Below is the information needed to attend.
The class will be held from 2pm to 6 pm on Sunday, February 11, 2018. Please arrive at 1:30 pm to check-in with our staff at the registration table.
WHAT TO BRING:
We will provide an assortment of mats, chairs, back-jacks and meditation cushions. However, there will be other events happening at Rudramandir Center, so we do not know how many of each will be available. Therefore we encourage participants to please bring items that will facilitate bodily and emotional comfort and any accommodations needs. That being said, please do bring:
- A yoga mat or small camping mat for each partner
- One small (or bed) pillow per couple
- Loose comfortable clothes (layers for your temperature needs...sometimes when relaxed the body's core temperature drops).
- A closed lid water bottle
- If you would like your own meditation cushion or back-jack feel free to bring such items.
- Pen and notebook if you feel moved to take notes (though most of the workshop will be experiential and we will provide all materials for your needs).
- Non-spillable snacks that are not odorous, if you prefer. We will provide light refreshments as part of the workshop.
Please arrive between 1:15-1:45 for sign in/registration. Make sure to allow time for parking. The workshop begins promptly at 2 PM. We will have some snacks, tea and water available and will have one short break to stretch, eat or use the restroom. Be sure to eat lunch before hand and arrive with an open heart!
We would appreciate your cooperation in having ALL CELL PHONES TURNED OFF DURING THE CLASS AND THE EXERCISES. If you need to make a call please step outside to do so out of consideration to others. Thank you for your cooperation.
We suggest comfortable, casual attire. Please bring a pen & notepad. Class materials will be provided upon your arrival. Please contact us here if you have further questions. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, February 11 at 1:30 pm.

FRAGRANCE FREE ENVIRONMENT
California Relationship Centers is dedicated to promoting inclusivity & accessibility for folks with invisible disabilities, such as chemical sensitivity and environmental illness.
California Relationship Centers, LLC is a fragrance-free environment.
We believe in a collaborative approach to helping people in our community to have happier and healthier lives. When a person wears chemical fragrances that impact the health and wellbeing of their therapist, many other clients are affected because the remaining sessions that day and perhaps even the following day must be canceled. We also must create a safe and inclusive environment for our chemically sensitive clients. We strive to honor the individual and community needs in making a safe place, emotionally and physically, to all who enter California Relationship Centers & affiliated centers, events and workshops.
Please do not enter CRC's buildings, offices or waiting rooms if you or anyone with you is wearing any perfume/cologne or any other scented products to an appointment.
At least one of our therapists suffers a potentially life threatening asthmatic response to the chemicals in many scented products. Also many of our clients also live with chemical sensitives. Therefore our policy is that you will be asked to immediately leave if you come to your therapy appointment wearing perfume, cologne or other fragrances. You will be responsible for your full session fee.
Thank you for not wearing any of the following during your visit:
- Cologne & Perfume
- After-shave lotion
- Perfumed hand lotions
- Fragranced hair products, and/or similar products.
Our chemically sensitive therapists and clients thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Be in Present Mind
Please note that this event is intended for sober participants. Unless, you are taking prescribed pain medications, please refrain from attending the workshop in an altered state. We ask that you do not drink alcohol or use cannabis prior to the class for you full engagement. Thank you for sharing your time with us.
